How does Docsmartz Text to PDF work? |

1.Open the Word document (that you need to convert) in Microsoft Word. |
2.Click DocSmartz Create PDF button from the DocSmartz toolbar. |
3.The CreatePDF dialog box will appear. Click the "Dotted" button on the dialog box. It will then ask you for the path where you want your converted document to be saved at your local hard disk. |
4.Select the drive where you want to save the Resulted document and Press "Create" button. Then Press "Close" button. |
5.You can now check the converted document (result) at the location you specified earlier. |

The Extract Images option in DocSmartz allows you to extract images from a PDF file if it contains images. You can also specify the image format for the extracted images. You can choose to have images in the same format as your original source images or select from popular formats like BMP, JPG, PNG, TIFF, PCX, PSD, PBM, PPM and PNM. |

A scanned file is taken as an image while it is being converted. In the Word Format upon conversion too it stays as an Image. |

I am getting blank page when I convert PDF to word with the trial version. What is the issue here? |

There could be 2 issues here:
1) MS-Word may not be installed on your machine.
2) You may have used 'Text Only' or 'Formatted Text' option while converting. These options discard images while conversion. Please use the other options "Flowing Text" or "As Is" to retain the images. |

The issue could be due to the firewall restrictions. Please contact your Network Administrator to resolve this. If this doesn’t help, you may try to disable your anti-virus when you are activating the product. Even if this doesn't work, then contact our support team and we will guide you in activating the product. |

I receive an error that the file <prng.dll> is missing |

Please uninstall and re install the product. Contact our support team to get the registration key reactivated. |

The print out of the document is not proper. |

You need to check the 'Page Setup' of the document and confirm the paper size to be 'Letter' or 'A4' or whichever is compatible with your printer. |

I do not see the option in the toolbar to chage the word to pdf document. How do get these options? |

Please go to Tools->Customize->Toolbar and select the option "DocSmartz5ToolBar". Two toolbuttons fr "Import PDF" and "Create PDF" would appear in the Toolbar section |
